Every order ships free. You pay with MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or cash when the package arrives. Prices are listed in Rwf and are the same online as in our pricing system — what you see is what you pay.

How delivery works

When you check out, our team in Kigali receives the order, confirms it with you, packages the items, and dispatches them. Most addresses inside the city receive their package the same day or the next morning. Other districts of Rwanda usually arrive within one to three days, depending on the courier route.

We cover the delivery cost on every order. There is no minimum spend and no fee added at checkout — the price you see on the product page is the total you pay.

Paying for your order

Mobile money is the most common payment method. We accept MTN MoMo and Airtel Money, and the merchant code is shown at checkout. If you would rather pay when the package arrives, cash on delivery is available inside Kigali for most orders. Card payments are coming soon for international shoppers.

Returns and after-sale support

If something arrives damaged or is not what you expected, contact us within seven days and we will arrange a return at no cost to you. Most electronics also carry the manufacturer warranty — keep the original packaging and we can help with claims if needed.
